We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town surrounded by charming bars and restaurants. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a massive queen size bed that provided enhanced comfort. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, from check-in to arranging taxis to check-out. We enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, which offered great value and was nicely cooked. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and we were impressed with the quality. Additionally, the free travel pass we received was a great bonus, allowing us to explore the nearby Basel region without any hassle.
We highly recommend this place to our friends for its exceptional comfort, quality services, and convenient location.

This hotel’s prime location close to the train station makes it convenient to travel to other destinations in Switzerland. The surrounding area has plenty of clubs and bars, creating a lively atmosphere. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast buffet offers a good range of options, and the friendly staff are always happy to help.
Sadly, the WiFi connection is not very strong and can be quite frustrating for guests trying to stay connected.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the train station and to the town center. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The pillows in the room were not comfortable and different sizes, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the door keys had to be replaced multiple times because they were faulty and did not work properly.
